SAVOR Food Festival Will Have Celebrity Chefs, Country Music Stars at Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa

FRISCO, Texas — The Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa will host a star-studded food festival this May, featuring celebrity chefs, athletes, and live performances from two country music acts, the hotel announced.

SAVOR, the inaugural “lifestyle festival,” will showcase a celebrity golf invitational, food and drinks curated by renowned chefs, and live performances by Midland and D. Vincent Williams.

The event will be curated by James Beard-nominated Chef Beau MacMillan and Emmy Award-winning event producer Scott Savlov, according to a press release from Omni PGA Resort & Spa.

“We’re setting a new standard by combining exceptional culinary experiences, world-class entertainment, and golf into one unforgettable event, further solidifying the Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa as a premier lifestyle destination,” said Jeff Smith, Vice President and Managing Director. “This is an extraordinary place, and we’re thrilled to introduce a new audience to everything Texas has to offer.”

The event will feature top chefs and mixologists, including Aarón Sánchez, Antonia Lofaso, Stephanie Izard, John Tesar, Tony Abou-Ganim, Shota Nakajima, Dean Fearing, Kwame Onwuachi, Elizabeth Blau, Jillian Vose, Ann Kim, and Kim Canteenwalla.

Celebrities such as Michael Strahan, Rob Riggle, Anthony Anderson, Aimee Garcia, and Nischelle Turner will compete in the SAVOR Celebrity Golf Invitational. Midland and D. Vincent Williams will provide live music.

Attendees can enjoy a variety of tasting events, including the Masters of Taste Dinner and the Best of Texas Reception, featuring celebrated Texas chefs.
