Want to know a sure sign that the world is going to hell? Well, I was reading a story last night that brought home some real, reality. True story.
Did you know the biggest heartthrob in Japan these days is a gorilla. That’s right, an ape. He’s driving Japanese women crazy. His name is Shabani and after his picture first went online, more and more Japanese women have started going to the zoo he’s in than ever, just to see what they are calling “hot young hunk”. The zoo says women are flocking in like never before from all over the country to see Shabani and take pictures of him and trade the pictures with each other.
But this is what really got me. They described this monkey as handsome, with smoldering eyes, chiseled brow and rippling muscles and that’s a quote. Now, if I’m a Japanese man right now, any man for that matter, I’m livid because there’s a monkey out there that’s turning our women on more than any of us and if you’re looking at monkeys romantically, it’s time to go.
Who knows? The next time we are intimate, she might call me his name, Shabani and I’m simply going to lose it and probably go straight to jail for something. Another MAN is bad enough but a monkey? You’re telling me you’d rather be with a monkey than me?
I think the whole world is going straight to hell. It’s just a matter of when.
