LEWISVILLE (WBAP/KLIF News) She’s the number-one ranked female professional eater in the world and she’s coming to North Texas. Miki Sudo competes in Lewisville next weekend at the 12 Annual Tamale Eating Championship. She realized she had a talent for competitive eating while at lunch with a friend when she took advantage of a restaurant contest to eat 12 pounds of Vietnamese noodle soup and won. She’ll be eating as many tamales as she can in 12 minutes this time, her 4th time entering the competition. The total prize is $3,500 dollars.
