DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – A real estate partnership involving property at Dallas Love Field was award over $133-million over lost property from a law passed by Congress several years ago.
Alan Naul with Love Terminal Partnerships says it is similar to an eminent domain case.
“It’s very simply compensating us for the removal of our rights that we owned prior to this legislation,” said Naul.
He says they had been battling this in court for several years ever since the passage of the Wright Amendment Reform Act.
The case can still be appealed.
