Another international airline offers non-stop flights out of DFW

DALLAS/FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF 24/7 NEWS) – The addition of a new international airline flying in and out of DFW airport will have a big impact on the North Texas economy.

DFW Airport CEO Sean Donohue says right now, Etihad Airways only flies into the Metroplex three days a week…

"When they go to daily service in April, it will generate $200 million dollars annually to the local region.  So, it has a major economic impact."

He says some of that impact will be jobs, most of it will be tourism and people spending money in North Texas.
