(WBAP/KLIF) – FRISCO, TX – Attorneys Billy Clark and Kim T Cole are no longer representing 17-year-old Karmelo Anthony in the murder case against him. Anthony has retained Dallas criminal defense attorney Mike Howard.
Police stated that Karmelo Anthony killed 17-year-old Austin Metcalf at a high school track meet in Frisco on April second. According to an arrest affidavit, what started as a back and forth between two teens ended with Anthony stabbing Austin Metcalf, who was laid to rest on Saturday. Anthony has been charged with murder. His bond hearing is scheduled for Monday.
