Authorities closed the roadways following multiple crashes, citing safety concerns for drivers. As of the latest update at 6:16 a.m., the following highways remain closed:

- Northbound Spur 408 – From Kiest Boulevard to Illinois Avenue
- Northbound I-35E – At Kiest Boulevard
- Loop 12 Walton Walker – At Northwest Highway
