The search for a Wylie woman who vanished is intensifying. 46-year-old Melonie Ballenger has not been seen since Sunday night.

Investigators said at 6:35 a.m. Monday, officers responded to a call from her husband who had reported her missing.

He told officers his wife was last seen at their home in the 100 block of Parkwood Drive south of the Muddy Creek Reservoir at 10 pm.

According to a Facebook post, he told the authorities she did not take her car or phone when she left.

Earlier this week, authorities deployed investigators, K9 search dogs and a Texas Department of Public Safety helicopter in an effort to find her.

Police are asking residents to review their outdoor camera footage between midnight and 6 a.m. to see if there’s any sign of Melonie.

She’s white, 5’7″, 135 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

The family attends Gateway Community Church, which is distributing thousands of missing persons flyers.

The church also held a prayer vigil for Melonie Tuesday night.
