UPDATE 11:30 a.m. (WBAP/KLIF News ) – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said announced Thursday morning that 13-year-old Cecilia Alvarado has been found safe.
HOUSTON (WBAP/KLIF News ) -An Amber Alert has been issued for missing 13-year-old Houston girl.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said Cecilia Alvarado was last seen in the 16900 block of Sunshine Street in Houston around 1 a.m. on Tuesday, February 21.
She is 5’5″, 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
She was wearing a gray shirt and black pants.
