DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News ) – Dallas police are asking for the public’s help to find the driver responsible for a deadly hit and run.
It happened around 5:30 Friday morning, in the 7900 block of Scyene Road just east of Jim Miller Road.
The victim was riding a bicycle in the Pleasant Gove neighborhood when witnesses say a black 2000 to 2006 GMC Yukon or Denali SUV with a bright blue headlight, black wheels and a chrome front bumper hit the individual.
The suspect took off and the victim was rushed to the hospital but died from their injuries.
Investigators say the vehicle is missing the front GMC grill and the lower part of the front bumper.
