Arlington Mayor Jim Ross and Texas Rangers owner Ray Davis held shovels, Wednesday, in the groundbreaking ceremony for “One Rangers Way”, a planned 43,000 square food luxury residential community to be built adjacent to Globe Life Field. Ross says the $1-billion project will be state-of-the-art.
The City of Arlington, the Texas Rangers, and Cordish Companies are partnering in the next phase of the massive development in the city’s entertainment district. According to Blake Cordish of Cordish Companies, this is part of a much bigger vision that started not long ago.
Construction on the “One Rangers Way” luxury living community begins in 2024.
