Mass Shootings Overnight in Philadelphia and Chatanooga

ASSOCIATED PRESS – (WBAP/KLIF)- Two more mass shootings overnight; in fact, 22 mass shootings in the United States since the massacre in Uvalde taking the lives of 19 schoolchildren and two of their teachers. Saturday night, 3 people died immediately from gunfire wounds in Philadelphia and 3 more in Chattanooga with scores injured.

In both cases, police say they’re looking for several shooting suspects. In Philadelphia, police say the gun fire began around midnight in the Queen Village area. At least 11 people were reported injured.

In Chattanooga, 3 people are reported dead, with as many as 17 others reported injured outside a nightclub, although reports vary and information is still being assessed. Overnight Saturday into Sunday’s shooting is Chattanooga’s second mass shooting in a week’s time. Police say they are also seeking multiple shooting suspects.
