(WBAP/KLIF) — If you’re heading westbound on I-30 through Arlington during your morning commute, you better plan an alternate route. Multiple emergency vehicles are responding to a fatality traffic accident on I-30 west bound at Fielder street.
WFAA’s Tashara Parker was actually caught in the traffic jam. There are no details from authorities on the nature of the accident at this point.
The section of freeway is expected to be closed for quite some time and are directing motorists to exit at Collins street as an alternate route, and then heading south to Division street. TXDOT expects the stretch of interstate to be cleared at around 10:00 am. Listen to WBAP/KLIF report:
