GARLAND (WBAP/KLIF News) – Garland Police arrested the man accused of exposing himself to a 15-year-old girl this week.
The department asked the public to help identify 30-year-old Timothy James Kellogg of Greenville earlier this week by releasing a photo of a white possibly Chevrolet or GMC four-door pickup truck seen driving through the area.
Investigators said the incident happened in the 800 block of the westbound I-30 service road on Tuesday around 9:30 a.m. as the young girl was walking to school.
She told police that a man, now identified as Kellogg, allegedly drove up to her and exposed himself while speaking with her. The girl said she walked away and the driver sped off.
Garland Police increased patrols in the area after the incident.
Kellogg is in custody at the Garland Detention Center and charged with Indecency with a Child – Exposing.
