Dallas Police ID Suspect in Multiple Shooting Inside a North Dallas Nighclub; 1 Person Died

Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas police have identified the suspect who allegedly opened fire inside the Pryme Nightclub on Technology Blvd over the weekend, killing one and injuring several others.

A warrant has been issued for 21-year old Jonathanlacory Terrell Rogers on one count of murder and seven counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Rogers is described as a 21-year-old black male, 5’8″ tall and approximately 170 pounds. He is considered armed and dangerous.

The incident happened during a disturbance between two groups broke out inside the club early Saturday morning.

On Saturday, March 20, 2021, at 1:30 a.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at the club.

A disturbance between two groups broke out inside the nightclub.

The unknown suspect produced a handgun, began shooting into the crowd, and a total of eight individuals were injured.

All were transported to area hospitals, and the victim Daisy Navarrete, a 21-year old Latin female, died from her injuries.

The motive and circumstances surrounding the murder are under investigation.
