AUSTIN (WBAP/KLIF) -Several former employees have filed a whistleblower lawsuit against Attorney General Ken Paxton after they say he retaliated against them for saying he abused his office to help a campaign donor.
The suit says Paxton responded to the report immediately and with ferocity, as though he was trying consciously to show Texans exactly what retaliation against whistleblowers looks like,”
The workers say Paxton used his office to help friend Nate Paul after Paul’s home was raided by the FBI last year.
