Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas GOP Chair Rodney Anderson and Dallas County Democratic Party Chair Carol Donovan have issued a joint statement calling on residents remain calm during the vote counting process. In the statement Anderson and Donovan say, “It is important to remember Texas law allows mail-in ballots to arrive after Election Day and still count.” They went on to encourage residents to “take a deep breath and stay patient and calm while election officials count all the votes.” See the full statement below.
