Seagoville (WBAP/KLIF) – The federal prison in Seagoville has confirmed its first COVID-19 related death. The Bureau of Prisons reports a 65 year old inmate serving a 14 year sentence for drug offenses, died of the coronavirus Thursday. The Bureau also reports more than 1,000 of the 1,400 inmates in the Seagoville prison have tested positive. That means the Seagoville federal prison has more infections than any other federal prison in the country.
