Baptist Pastor Reveals Key State of the Union Details

(WBAP/KLIF) WASHINGTON, DC — The State of the Union address from President Donald Trump was heralded a huge success by Republicans. However, the partisan tensions displayed during President Trump’s speech are being debated by experts.

On the Democratic side, Nancy Pelosi omitted customary respectful language in the president’s introduction and tore up a copy of his speech.

President Trump also appeared to snub a handshake offered by Pelosi before his address.  First Baptist Dallas pastor Dr. Robert Jeffress had dinner with the president Wednesday night in Washington and asked the Commander in Chief about the incident.

The president said he didn’t see an offered handshake from Pelosi, nor did Mike Pence notice the Speaker of the House tearing up a copy of his address. Jeffress appeared on WBAP’s Wednesday night edition of the Chris Krok show.
