Saginaw (WBAP/KLIF) – The Chicken Express fast food chain has reprimanded a Saginaw store manager, and ordered him to undergo diversity training. He told a muslim employee she was not allowed to wear a hijab while on the job, and sent her home when she refused to take it off. Chicken Express says the manager used a too strict interpretation of company policy, and did not take religious liberty into consideration.
