Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Southern Methodist University is warning students there has been a sexual assault near the campus. An unidentified woman was attacked early Wednesday morning while walking on Mockingbird Lane toward Hillcrest Road. SMU says she is not a student, and not affiliated with the school, but it felt the wisest course of action is to issue an advisory to the university community as a precaution.
