San Antonio (WBAP/KLIF) – Former Housing Secretary Julián Castro has announced he has raised the $800,000 he said he needed to avoid dropping out of the presidential race. However, that does not guarantee him a successful campaign. Castro has still not met the minimum standards to be invited to the Democratic Presidential Primary debate later this month in Georgia.
