Washington (WBAP/KLIF) – President Trump has approved a major disaster declaration for the parts of Texas most affected by Tropical Storm Imelda in mid-September. That makes federal funding available in 6 counties along the Gulf Coast centered on the Houston area. Governor Greg Abbott requested the declaration October 1. President Trump signed it Friday.
