Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – 24 year old Patrick Polk was arrested a few hours after a woman was attacked in her Fair Park neighborhood apartment. She told police she was awakened by the sound of someone rummaging through her things. That apparent burglar then attacked her, and sexually assaulted her. The forensics team came up with a number of clues including fingerprints that lead them directly to Polk who reportedly confessed after he was arrested on that charge and several other outstanding warrants.
