Fort Worth (WBAP/KLIF) – A Fort Worth Police officer was injured early Saturday morning when her squad car was rammed from behind by a suspected drunk driver while she and other officers were investigating an earlier accident on the eastbound side of I-30 at Montgomery Street. The officer was inside her patrol car when it was hit and torn apart. She was alert and talking when she was transported to a hospital with what were believed to be non life-threatening injuries.
