IRVING (WBAP/KLIF) – Two irving Police Officers are being credited for saving a man’s life.
Irving Police Chief Jeff Spivey said this week that Officer’s Kyle Chaison and Daniel Wilson responded last month to a call of a man threatening to jump from a bridge on to the road below. When the Officer’s arrived to the scene they tried to talk the man down. When the man refused the Officer’s pulled him to safety.
“They swiftly grabbed the man’s arms and pulled him over the concrete barrier to safety, thus saving the man’s life,” said Chief Spivey.
Bother Officers were given a Life Saving Bar Award for their response.
