DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) — The man police say intentionally rammed a downtown TV station with a rented truck earlier this month is out of jail…
because his case was never filed.
WFAA-TV reports 34 year old Michael Chadwick Fry was released on Thursday… because, as a spokesperson for the sheriffs office explained, they can only hold a person so long without charges being filed in the case.
Fry had faced a Second Degree charge of Criminal Mischief after the September 5th incident.
