An East Dallas Development Mixes Something Old With Something New

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – A new multi-million dollar development is ‘coming soon’ to East Dallas.

A section of property in East Dallas once known for automotive and industrial use is now becoming a more desireable place to live, eat and have an office.

Today Todd Interests along with its Institutional Investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management, announced the culmination of more than 2 years of work in planning, assembling and creating the 16th new Dallas District known as East Quarter.

The “East Quarter” development or “EQ” consists of 18 historic buildings and adjoins Farmers Market, Deep Ellum and Downtown Dallas.  The goal is to maintain architecture and craftsmanship, while adding a modern and unique urban flare. 200,000 square feet of office, retail and restaurant space is now available to tenants, ranging in size from one thousand to sixty thousand square feet.
