GARLAND (WBAP/KLIF News) – The Garland Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting at a home Monday morning that claimed the life of a 22-year-old and sent two teenagers to the hospital.
It happened around at 1613 Mosswood Court near North Jupirer Road around 3:30 a.m.
The department’s Alberto Irazarry said the responding officers saw a red car driving away from the scene and immediately pulled them over.
“They found another victim inside the vehicle suffering from a gunshot wounds. That victim was identified as a 13-year-old,” he said.
There was also a 15-year-old in the home who had been shot. The two teens are expected to recover.
Irazarry said no arrests have been made but police are questioning the three people who were in the car.
