
(WBAP/KLIF) – DALLAS, TX – The City of Dallas spent $75,000 conducting a national search, and garnered more than a dozen qualified applicants including experienced chiefs and long-time law enforcement professionals. The finalists within the Dallas Police Department include Interim Chief Mike Igo, and Assistant Chief and Dallas native Catrina Shead. Outside of Dallas, is Carrollton Police Chief Roberto Arredondo, Daniel Comeaux from the Houston DEA division, and Brian Boetig who served as an assistant director with the FBI. All of the candidates will go through an interview process that will include meeting with city, community, and police leaders.
