North Texas Medical Assistant Accused of Indecency with a Child Hit with More Charges

IRVING (WBAP/KLIF News ) – There are new charges for a former North Texas medical assistant accused of indecency with a child and police fear there could be more victims.

Irving police said 25-year-old Angel Nunez’ most recent charge stemming from his October 9 arrest involves a nine-year-old.

He’s accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with the victim while working at Little Spurs Pediatrics in Irving in January 2024.

Nunez has also worked at other Little Spurs locations in Grand Prairie, Arlington and Fort Worth between August 2023 and August 2024.

Investigators believe he used his position to touch young boys inappropriately.

Nunez was initially arrested on September 5 for allegedly fondling a 14 year old.

Police said Little Spurs has been cooperative with the investigation and fired Nunez after learning of the allegations.

They’re asking anyone who may have had contact with Nunez to discuss the case with their children, family members and friends.
