WASHINGTON (WBAP/KLIF) – Vice President Kamala Harris will visit Texas on Thursday after becoming the presumptive democratic nominee for president.
Harris will visit Houston to deliver the keynote speech at the American Federation of Teachers’ 88th national convention.
This will be Harris’ second trip to Texas this month following a speech in Dallas speaking at the Alpha Kappa Alpha convention.
This will be Harris’ first trip to the state following President Joe Biden’s withdrawal from the campaign and endorsement of Harris to become the nominee.
