(WBAP/KLIF) – TEXARKANA, TX – A woman named Alexandria Davis claimed that Jones is her biological father, and tried to sue him for defamation. However, a judge dropped the case. Now, Jerry Jones is counter suing for breach of contract.
Jones denies that he’s the father of Alexandria Davis, and claims that publicly speaking about his paternity is a violation of a contract that was signed by both Alexandria and her mother, Cynthia Davis-Spencer in 1998. Alexandria Davis, Cynthia Davis-Spencer, and Jerry Jones are all expected to testify this week. Opening statements are scheduled to start on Monday morning, at a the US district court in Texarkana.
