Irving and Texas Police Seek Continuous Rape of a Child Suspect – May be Fleeing for Mexico

IRVING – (WBAP/KLIF) – Irving, Texas police are asking for the public’s help in locating a Mexican national suspect wanted for continuous rape of a child. 42-year old Rigoberto Santos Torres is believed to have boarded a bus in Dallas on Wednesday in an effort to flee arrest. Santos Torres has been known to use Mexico-bound bus lines Turimex and Tornado in the past.

Santos Torres is described as 5 foot 5 inches tall, 170 pounds. He’s been deported in the past from the United States, and also denied entry, but believed to have entered the United States from Mexico again illegally in 2020. One of his last known addresses in Irving was in the 300 block of Brown Road, south of highway 183 and near Story Road.

Police ask you call 9 1 1 if you think you have spotted Santos Torres or know of his location now or planned location in the future.
