Irving Voters Will Decide on Whether to Approve a $200 Million Bond to Build a New City Hall Complex

IRVING, TX – (WBAP/KLIF) – The Irving City Council approved placing a $200 million dollar bond package on the ballot for the construction for a new city hall. Two potential sites, which are both located on West Irving Boulevard are being considered for the new city hall complex.

If approved Irving residents would see a property tax increase of 1-point-8 cents, which would impact the average taxable value of a single family home by $40.50 per year.

The bond proposal will be on the may fourth ballot, along with three Irving City Council seats.
