RAINS COUNTY, TEXAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Law enforcement in Rains County, east of Dallas/Fort Worth, have issued an Amber Alert for two-year-old Ethan Donnelley. He is a white boy with brown hair and brown eyes who was last seen in Point, Texas.
Police are looking for 36-year-old Sylvia Lopez in connection with the boy’s disappearance. She is described as a white woman, 5′ 8″ weighing approximately 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
They may be in a blue 2010 Volkswagen Jetta with Texas license plates SBL-1628.
