OU Defeats UT At The Red River Showdown

DALLAS – (WBAP/KLIF) – The Sooner’s defeated the Longhorns at the annual Red River Showdown at the Cotton Bowl in Fair Park.

Near the end of the fourth quarter, the game was tied 27 to 27. The longhorns then scored a field goal putting them in the lead 30 to 27.

However the longhorns didn’t stay in the lead for long. Shortly after scoring the field goal, the sooner’s scored the winning touchdown putting them in the lead 34 to 30.

The sooner’s are still undefeated and are in first place in the big 12 conference.
