Prosper, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – Police in Prosper arrested three people accused in a string of car burglaries over the last several months.
The trio is suspected in eight incidents in the Villages of Legacy and Whitley Place neighborhoods in Prosper dating back to April.
The department says that early Tuesday a Flock System Alert indicated the suspect vehicle was in town. Officers conducted a traffic stop and confirmed the vehicle and occupants matched the suspects involved in the prosper burglaries; all were arrested on multiple charges.
police also found five guns, one that had been stolen, along with credit cards from some recent burglaries in Celina. Prosper police believe the trio may be linked to other incidents in Mckinney, Frisco and Waxahachie.
