Fort Worth Police Investigating Road Rage Incident That Left 1 Injured Along I-35W

FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF News ) – Fort Worth police are looking for the suspect in a road rage incident that left one person injured early Tuesday morning.

Investigators said officers were called to the 5000 block of the South Freeway service road of I-35 west near I-20 just before 5:30.

They found an injured man who told investigators he was driving north on South Freeway approaching East Felix Street when another person pulled up next to him.

The two started arguing and the suspect pulled a gun and fired it. The bullet hit the left side of the victim’s car and tore through his left hand.

The suspect then took off heading north on I-35W. The victim was treated at the scene for non-life threatening injuries by medical personnel.

Police have not released any information about the suspect or his car at this time. Anyone who may have information is asked to contact police.
