DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News ) – Dallas Police are hoping the release of surveillance video can help catch the suspects who fatally shot a mother of four during a road rage incident last month.
30-year-old Nancy Aguilar was traveling eastbound on I-30 when she allegedly cut off another car to exit Munger Avenue.
Officer Brian Martinez said the situation then took a violent turn.

“While she was driving some words were exchanged between her and two unknown black males in another vehicle. As both those vehicles traveled eastbound…the suspects shot at her vehicle hitting her. The victim then crashed into a retaining wall,” he said.
According to Dallas Police, officers responded to the shooting call near 5606 block of Winslow Avenue on March 31 around 12:11 a.m.
The passenger who was riding with Aguilar was not injured in the shooting or crash.
A Dallas police officer was nearby and caught the suspect’s car on dash cam video. It’s believed to be a 2018 to 2020 Honda Accord.
Anyone with information about the killing is asked to contact Detective Timothy Johnston at 214-671-3523 or email [email protected].
