(WBAP/KLIF) — The case has gone cold in finding the killer of a father of six who was gunned down in his Arlington driveway. Arlington Police are asking for the public’s help in solving the shooting death of 36-year-old Ali Ismail on Valentine’s Day.

Ismail arrived home from work at around 5:00 a.m. to find an unidentified man in his driveway trying to hide. The suspect pulled a gun and shot the 36-year-old, who died at the scene.
Due to the rain, police were not able to recover physical evidence of the two suspects seen checking car doors in the neighborhood on the February 14th murder. The department and the family of the slain father of six are asking for anyone in the Metroplex with any information.
Arlington Deputy Chief Tarrick McGuire says detectives have exhausted all their leads and are still asking for camera footage from the neighborhood from February 14th between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Oak Farms Dairy is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect, while Crime Stoppers is adding another $1,500 reward.
