(WBAP/KLIF) — The mother accused of killing her three children in Italy, Texas, now faces additional charges.

25-year-old Shamaiya Hall already faces three capital murder charges for killing six-year-old Legend Chapell and five-year-old twins Aliyah and Ayden Martin.

Now authorities have added two charges of aggravated assault for stabbing her two other children, a four year old and 1-year-old.

According to a recently released search warrant, Hall confronted the CPS investigator who arrived at the Ellis County home to remove the children.

It states Hall then went inside the home and returned with what appeared to be blood on her hands. That’s when the investigator called 911.

The children’s grandmother tearfully told our media partner WFAA TV SHE wished she could have done more to protect them.

“I don’t know. I should have…I would have done anything,” she said.

Child Protective Services confirmed that all five children were siblings.

Hall is being held on a $6-million bond at the McCollum Detention Center in Ellis County.
