Houston Janitor Accused of Spreading STD by Urinating in Water Bottles in Office Bldg.

Houston (WBAP/KLIF) – Houston janitor is accused of shocking behavior that allegedly left at least 13 woman with an incurable STD.

A lawsuit alleges that a hidden camera allegedly captured 50-year old Lucio Diaz walking into an office in an East Houston office building and rubbing his genitals on the interior and mouth of a water bottle left on a desk.

The camera was set up after several women noticed a foul taste and smell of the bottled water in the building.

A woman sent the video to the building’s management. She told them that she would alert other tenants as to what was going on, but management allegedly told her that they would handle the situation and tell other tenants.

The lawsuit alleges that management did not alert other tenants in a timely manner. Diaz as not arrested until October. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and is being held by immigration officials.

The $1-million dollar lawsuit targets building’s owner, management company, the maintenance company, and the cleaning company that employed Diaz.
