Grapevine, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – Grapevine police arrested a convicted sexual assault offender Thursday in connection with an alleged armed sexual assault last Saturday (November 4th.)
Police say the incident happened in a parking lot in the same location where 20-year old Antony Acosta was taken into custody for a similar crime three years ago.
Police found him hiding in a bathroom in a home on Mustang Drive. he was previously prosecuted for a string of sexual assaults along mustang drive in 2019.
Tarrant County court records obtained by the Dallas Morning Mews show that since April, Acosta pleaded guilty and was sentenced to seven years probation; and that his probation was revoked in September.
