DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The Dallas Police Department honored the four DPD Officers, and one DART Officer, killed in the 2016 Dallas Police ambush on Thursday, acknowledging six years since the July 7 attack.
WBAP/KLIF’S Clayton Neville spoke with DPD Chief Eddie Garcia about the anniversary. The interview is posted at the end of this article.
Several dozen Officers participated in the Thursday morning ceremony, led by Dallas Police Chief Eddie Garcia.
The department offered love and encouragement to the victims’ families.
