
FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF)- Fort Worth Police have determined a drunk driver was driving close to 90 miles per hour over the speed limit when killed one and injured two others.
Fort Worth police say 22 year old Bryce Abernathy was driving 157 miles per hour in a 70 mile per hour zone when he collided with with an SUV. The driver was killed and two others were injured. Police say Abernathy was speeding on the west bound lanes of I-20 near McCart Avenue at around 11pm on March 15th when the incident occurred. He’s charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of manslaughter.
