On Thursday, a Dallas County grand Jury indicted Richard Acosta on Capital Murder. The 33-year-old father is the accused get away driver in the December convenience store shooting in Garland that left three teenagers dead.

“This goes to show that the evidence we filed against him in this case holds up in court,” Garland Lt. Pedro Barineau said on Thursday.

Lt. Barineau said Acosta’s 14-year-old son Abel, who is the suspected shooter, hasn’t been found.

“We consider him armed and dangerous,” Lt. Barineau insisted.
