
FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF)- One year ago today 6 people lost their lives from a devastating crash in Fort Worth involving I-35 vehicles due to icy roads.
Fort Worth city leaders, first responders, community members and families of the victims came together for a private memorial at Riverside Park, right off 35W where the crash occurred.
The families were presented a memorial place marker at the park to honor and remember those who lost their lives.
Fort Worth Mayor Mattie Parker read a proclamation officially marking Feb. 11 as First Responders Day.
