Three Arrested after a Scare at Hulen Mall

FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – Fort Worth police said Tuesday afternoon that three people were taken into custody and two got away after a scare at Hulen Mall.

“The mall was placed under lockdown,” said Officer Daniel Segura “A safety sweep has been conducted looking for these other two suspects. As of now, the mall is back open and is safe.”

Officer Segura said police were led on a chase that ended in the Hulen Mall parking lot when the suspects took off on foot. The suspects were linked to a shooting involving a tow truck driver.

A gun was found at the mall but no shots were fired on mall property.
