The Tarrant County Medical Examiners Office identified the women as 31-year-old Teegan Hill of Lancaster and 28-year-old Troinee Broom of Dallas.

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department said Hill and Broom were reportedly thrown from a pontoon boat around 8 p.m. near Pilot Knoll Park in Highland Village.

Hill was a Dallas-based attorney. Broom was a school teacher.

A family member said the pair were celebrating Hill’s 31st birthday with friends on the day of the tragedy.
